As a result of extending the range of products and services and to promptly respond to our customers’ requests and according to construction material market trends, in November 2008 BESTA GROUP inaugurated BESTA Industrial Park.
BESTA Industrial Park is located on DN7, 15 km away from Bucharest, in the industrial area of Buftea town, in Sabareni, with direct access to the railway and, through the ring road, to the A1 and A2 highways.
BESTA Industrial Park includes:
● WAREHOUSE (uncovered platform) for ferroalloys and non-ferrous metals.
BESTA GROUP, with over 15 years experience in the field of ferroalloys and non-ferrous metals distribution, opened the first ferroalloys and non-ferrous metals private warehouse in Romania, with products imported from Netherland, England, Sweden, Germany, Ukraine, Russia and China.
● WAREHOUSE (uncovered platform) for rolled steel products.
The warehouse is equipped with special equipments for loading and unloading, a crane portal of 20/5 tf, a power crane of 18 tf capacity, trucks of 20 tons and 3.5 tons capacity. BESTA warehouse offers a various range of rolled steel products such as:
-reinforced steel plain and ribbed;
-profiles;
-welded meshes;
-black and galvanized steel plates;
-other metallurgical products for the consumers working in the industry field and in the civil and industrial constructions in Romania.
● PRODUCTION HALL
It is a modern production hall with a total surface of approx. 1300sqm, equipped with offices and the afferent dependences and a power crane of 18 tf capacity. At present, the production hall is rented to the company BORGA CONSTRUCT for the production of roof systems. BORGA CONSTRUCT is a well-known European supplier of building materials and complete roof systems. BORGA CONSTRUCT offers a wide range of products for the construction or renovation of the roofs. It also offers: attic windows, storm drainage systems, thermo insulation, screws and other roof accessories.
● LAND FOR SALE, with a total surface area of 2.500sqm. The land is suitable for building a warehouse, a production hall, etc.
● Recently, the Romanian-Czech company, KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH ROMANIA SRL, working in the field of stationery products and office accessories since 1996, bought, inside the Industrial Park, a land surface of 3.800mp, where they intend to build a warehouse for the distribution of stationery products. Established in 1994, the company KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH ROMANIA SRL is the largest manufacturer of stationery products, school and office accessories, writing and drawing instruments (pencils, ball points etc.) in Central and Eastern Europe.
