Ferroniobium
DESCRIPTION: - an alloy of iron and niobium, with niobium content range between 60 and 75%.
OBTAINED: - by metallothermic reduction reactions (silicothermy or aluminothermy).
USE: - production of special alloy and anticorrosion steels.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION: according to SR ISO 5453/1996
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: 60 ÷ 70% Nb, Ta = 0.5% max, Al = 1.0% max, Si = 2.5% max, Ti = 0.4% max, C = 0.15% max, P = 0.10% max, S = 0.05% max , Sn = 0.10% max, Co = 0.05% max.
GRANULATION: 50mm ÷ 5, 10 ÷ 50mm (90% min.).
PACKAGING: 1000kg big bags.
