DESCRIPTION: - alloy of iron and titanium, with titanium content range between 28 and 75%.
OBTAINED: - aluminothermic reaction, a method which is performed either in the oven or in reduction retorts.
USAGE: - steel deoxidation;
- special alloy and anticorrosion steel’ production.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION: according to SR ISO 5454/1995.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Ti 65 ÷ 75%, Si = 0.10% max, Mn = 0.20% max, C = 0.20% max, P = 0.03% max, S = 0.03% max, V = 0.50% max.
GRANULATION: 5 ÷ 50mm; 10 ÷ 50mm (90% min.)
