Ferrosilicomanganese
DESCRIPTION: - alloy of iron, silicon and manganese, with manganese content between 60 and 75% and silicon content over 15%.
OBTAINED: - simultaneous reduction of manganese in manganese oxide ores and of silicon in quartz.
USAGE: - steel deoxidation;
- Production of special alloy and anticorrosion steels.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION: according to SR ISO 5447/1995.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Mn 60 ÷ 75%, Si = 15.0 ÷ 20.0% max, C = 2.5% max, P = 0.35% max, S =0030% max.
GRANULATION: 10 ÷ 50mm; 10 ÷ 80mm; 10 ÷ 100mm (90% min.).
