Mittal Steel Holdings is taking over COMVEX Constanta Solicita detalii

Mittal Steel Holdings, branch of the most important big steel producer in the world, ArcelorMittal, will launch a public offer for taking over of the COMVEX Constanta harbor operator, valued at 155.6 mill. lei (¤42 mill.) for 64.1% joint stocks from the registered capital. The offer is one of the biggest ones registered at the Stock Exchange in the last years. The transaction is intermediated by HTI Valori Mobiliare, the brokerage company taken over the last year by the American Bank Morgan Stanley, which also intermediated, at the beginning of July this year, the buying of the COMVEX 36% share stock by the Expert Placement Services, another subsidiary of the ArcelorMittal Group.
